2.1 By accessing or using the lodi129 Platform in any manner — including but not limited to browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a promotion — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

You further represent that you are not subject to any court order or voluntary agreement that restricts or prohibits your participation in gambling activities.

4.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your Account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.
4.5 You may deposit and play games while KYC verification is pending. However, withdrawal of funds — including withdrawal of Real Money balances — is only permitted after KYC verification has been successfully completed.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your lodi129 Account credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any OTP codes issued to your device. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 lodi129 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from lodi129 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
5.3 You must notify lodi129 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. lodi129 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
5.4 lodi129 may enforce a temporary account lock following five consecutive failed login attempts as a security measure. This lock expires automatically after 30 minutes or may be lifted earlier by contacting customer support and passing identity verification.
6.1 Accepted Methods. lodi129 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, 7-Eleven (via e-payment kiosks), USDT (cryptocurrency, Tron TRC-20 and Ethereum ERC-20 networks), and Coins.ph. lodi129 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit across all accepted payment methods is ₱100.00 (one hundred Philippine Pesos). lodi129 does not currently impose a maximum single deposit limit for verified accounts, though payment processor limits may apply independently.
6.3 Currency. All transactions on lodi129 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT) are converted to PHP at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction. No conversion fees are charged by lodi129, though third-party processor fees charged by GCash, Maya, or banks are outside lodi129's control.
6.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds into your lodi129 Account that belong to you and that you are lawfully entitled to use for gambling purposes. Deposits sourced from third-party accounts, credit cards, loans taken specifically for gambling, or proceeds of criminal activity are strictly prohibited.
6.5 lodi129 does not extend credit to Users. All gambling activity must be funded by prior deposit of cleared funds. lodi129 will not accept payment in cash or by physical cheque under any circumstances.
7.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals are only available to Users who have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) made at least one qualifying real-money deposit; and (c) met any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds in their Account wallet.
7.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00 (two hundred Philippine Pesos). There is no minimum withdrawal denomination for USDT withdrawals, though network gas fees may apply.

7.4 Withdrawal Method Matching. lodi129 applies the principle of withdrawal method matching where technically feasible: funds deposited via GCash will be returned to the same GCash account; bank deposits will be returned to the same bank account. This is an AML compliance requirement and not a restriction on your access to your funds.
7.5 Right to Request Documentation. lodi129 reserves the right to request additional documentation — including source of funds declarations, proof of payment method ownership, or enhanced due diligence documents — prior to processing withdrawals above ₱50,000. 7.6 lodi129 may suspend the processing of a withdrawal if there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, lodi129 will notify the User and allow a reasonable opportunity to provide clarifying information before a final determination is made.
8.1 lodi129 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered Users from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms prevail with respect to that promotion.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds awarded by lodi129 are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement applicable to all lodi129 bonuses is 25 times (25×) the bonus amount. All game categories at lodi129 contribute 100% toward wagering requirement completion unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
8.3 One Bonus Per Household / Device. Promotional offers are limited to one per person, household, IP address, and device. 9.5 Maximum Payout. lodi129 applies a maximum single-transaction payout cap of ₱500,000 (five hundred thousand Philippine Pesos) unless a specific game promotion explicitly states a higher jackpot or payout amount. This cap applies to individual game rounds, not to aggregate winnings across multiple sessions.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on lodi129 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities:

13.2 lodi129's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 lodi129 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or force majeure events — including natural disasters, power grid failures, typhoon-related infrastructure damage, or government-mandated service interruptions — may cause temporary unavailability without liability to lodi129.
13.4 Nothing in this Section shall operate to exclude or limit lodi129's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.
14.1 lodi129 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and its implementing rules and regulations.
14.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data — including your name, mobile number, date of birth, government ID information, transaction records, and gameplay data — for the purposes of account management, identity verification, AML compliance, customer support, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
14.3 lodi129 will not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. 16.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16.2 Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the lodi129 Platform shall first be addressed through lodi129's internal complaints procedure: submit your complaint in writing to the lodi129 customer support team, which will endeavour to provide a written response within 10 business days.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through lodi129's internal complaints procedure within 30 calendar days of submission, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate Philippine courts with jurisdiction.
16.4 The venue for any litigation arising under these Terms & Conditions shall be the appropriate courts of the Philippines, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
